biography
I’m Will Rose, a Live Production Engineer, Technical & Video Director, and Creative Media Producer with 10+ years of experience in event and media production. I specialize in multi-camera directing, live streaming, and audiovisual solutions for corporate, entertainment, and broadcast productions.
My career began at UW-Madison, where I studied sound design and audio production, worked as a sound and light technician, and earned degrees in English Creative Writing and Spanish—blending technical expertise with creative storytelling.
Early in my career, I worked as a sound engineer, content producer, and performing artist, touring nationally as a drummer while producing multimedia assets, video edits, and live-stream performances. This hands-on experience shaped my ability to bridge performance and production, crafting compelling narratives through technical execution.
Since then, I’ve taken on key technical and leadership roles, including Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Streaming Engineer, overseeing concerts, panels, corporate events, hybrid summits, and news segments. My expertise spans multi-camera directing, video switchers, broadcast, cinema, and PTZ cameras, playback systems, and AV networking.
Beyond live production, I’ve directed and edited full-scale media projects, including branded content, notable podcasts, and commercial video projects. My ability to merge creative vision with technical execution makes me a trusted partner in delivering immersive media experiences.
